You can cancel your reservation up to 1 day before without any fees.
- Up to 24 hours before your first ski day, you can cancel your reservation for the following reasons**: you or your group are required to isolate***, there are travel restrictions or quarantine requirements in your place of residence****, your ski resort destination is subject to travel restrictions during your stay, your means of transport has been canceled due to Covid-19****, your holiday accommodation cannot host you due to Covid-19****, or the ski resorts of Les Orres, Oz-en-Oisans, or Chaillol have closed due to Covid-19.

Do You Offer Discounts for Groups or Tribes?
Skilowcost provides an additional 5% discount for groups of 10 people or more. To benefit, enter the promo code GROUP10 in the "Promo Code" section of your cart. The 5% discount will be applied automatically.
I Didn’t Receive a Booking Confirmation. What Should I Do?

Can I Get an Invoice?
The reservation confirmation email you receive acts as your invoice.
I Booked for 6 Days, Why Didn’t I Get the 7th Day Free?
To enjoy the 7th day of free rental, simply select 7 days when booking online.
Can I Make a Last-Minute Reservation?
Yes, you can.
Can I Adjust My Ski Days?
You can make multiple bookings on our website if you wish to ski only a few days or if your group does not ski on the same days.
Skilowcost Ski Resorts
If the Resort Closes During My Stay, Can I Be Refunded?
Yes, please send an email to info@skilowcost.fr summarizing your refund request. Take note of the conditions:
- If less than 30% of the ski area is open, refunds will be granted provided you cancel the reservation by phone or email before your first ski day.
- Refunds for illness or injury will be granted on a pro-rata basis with a medical certificate.
Can I Extend My Ski Rental On-Site?
Yes, you can enjoy a 20% discount on in-store prices for extensions.

When Can I Collect My Pre-Booked Rental Equipment?
You can collect your ski equipment the evening before your reservation starts from 3:00 PM at Chaillol, Les Orres, and Oz-en-Oisans.
Are Ski Poles Included in the Pack or Individual Ski Rentals?
Yes, ski poles are included in the price of both packs and individual ski rentals at Skilowcost.
My Child is a Beginner. Which Pack Should I Choose?
The "Gliss Pack" is perfect for discovering the joys of skiing at Chaillol, Les Orres, or Oz-en-Oisans.
The "Race Pack" is suitable for more experienced skiers, from the 3rd Star level or Bronze Star level.
I’m a Beginner. Which Ski Pack Should I Choose?
We offer two options:
- Relax Pack: An economical option for beginners, including skis, boots, and poles.
- Speed Pack: Stable and easy-to-handle skis designed for accessible slopes on all snow types.
Can I Insure My Ski Rental Equipment Against Breakage and Theft?
Yes, you can opt for insurance by selecting the "Guarantee" checkbox for each item, at just €2/day/person. Travel with peace of mind!

How Do I Choose the Right Ski or Snow Boot Size?
We ask for your shoe size as a guideline. Upon arrival, the equipment is tested and adjusted to fit your size perfectly. Please provide your regular shoe size on the website; we’ll confirm the fit with you on-site.
What Are the Letters for Ski Packs?
D, E, J, etc., correspond to a general standard used by ski rental companies. Skilowcost adheres to this regulation, allowing you to compare similar categories of ski or snowboard packs.
Can I Purchase My Rental Equipment at the End of My Stay?
Yes, subject to conditions and stock availability. Ask a sales representative for more details.
Can I Reserve a Baby Sled Online?
Yes, you can reserve a baby sled for Les Orres and Chaillol 1600.
I Want to Try Ski Touring During My Stay. Can I Pre-Reserve Equipment?

We have a large selection of snowshoes available for both children and adults at Les Orres, Oz-en-Oisans, and Chaillol 1600. Equipment is available at:
